I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children and teens discovering their voice, to adults, couples, and elders facing new chapters. Each stage of life carries its own questions, pains, and potential. My role is to help you approach those moments with compassion and curiosity.

I practice an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on the common factors that make evidence-based modalities work. I believe that each of our challenges are unique and deserve flexible, individualized solutions. As we work together, your needs may shift—and therapy will evolve alongside you.

At the core of my work is a foundation in mindfulness and somatic awareness which allows you to recognize default patterns, grab the wheel, and steer yourself into the future you want and deserve.
